Mostly Green. With a Touch of Red #14

A photo I took during one of my best life experiences. Imagine spending 2 months traveling around in Taiwan. All by yourself. Shooting everyday, day and night. This is one of my favorite photos from that trip, taken at a city called Hualien. When I took this little street I got immediately called by this strong green light. When I arrived to that house, the light was so striking. The wet asphalt reflected the light so everything I could see was green. I set up my tripod and took a few shots. When a motorbike crossed the scene I knew that was the shot. It gave the photo such a strong feeling of motion and dynamism. Besides that, motorbikes are such a strong part of Taiwanese culture, so it was the perfect addition to the scene. Green and red are probably the most predominant colors of the space. They are associated with so many different emotions. We all love the greens, but the reds are what makes us stronger. Like day and night, green and red go hand by hand.
