The artwork is part of a larger exploration of black and white images from the golden corporate era, reimagined with generative AI. Through the natural decay of artificial recollection, those lost times of hyped optimism appear to dissolve and crumble, the illusion unraveling and sucking us into an unstoppable vertigo. Rather than working on nostalgia as in previous collection, this work harnesses the past as an illusion in itself, the memory of the "good old times" revealing itself for what it is, with the corruption of the image ending up being even more true than the image itself.
